Houston Home Matters (HHM) provides residential property management service with transparency, professionalism and direct communication at all times. Our service offerings include: tenant screening; of rental history, criminal background (including sex offender registration) and financial qualifications. We prepare contracts and leases, process rent collection, provide property maintenance, HOA Compliance, utility payables, semi-annual inspections, evictions, monthly/annual reporting, year-end 1099, year-end ROI reporting, compliance with the State of Texas property management laws and provides the owner with a real property condition disclosure (if required by law). Quarterly market reports for your properties area are also available upon request.
Real estate sales and lease prices are determined by the current market trends. Our rental rates are competitive and will offer the owner a consistent cash-flow year over year. Rental rates and sales will be determined by regular comparable market analysis for each property which is based on other available listings and sales near your property, with the addition of factoring in the unique aspects of your rental property, like a pool or an upgraded kitchen, etc.
HHM offers a reasonable rate based upon the monthly rent amount, and you will not be charged when the property is vacant. The administrative start-up fee is $199, multi-property contracts administrative start-up fees will vary based on the number of properties/units.
